Not sure. I did see the article in the newspaper though. Apparently the person trying to push the law through is the guy from T&T Tinting, which does only overpriced legal jobs.
I used to have 5% black all around except the front windshield ... Then, after reading the article, I figured that it was a good time to change to the legal limit, 35% before I got caught and had to pay a hefty fine (I didn't get any tickets at the time

I miss my tint, but after a while, you get used to all the crackheads who stare at you.
I hear the "law" is indeed going to be passed, but when, I have no idea...
