I need to roll my fenders too. I did some research and with that kind of budget, all I found was TANABE PRO S-0C COIL-OVER and TEIN Super Street.

The link for the Tanabes from Options Auto is:

if you are not going to auto-x and if this is your DD i would say stick with the struts and get some good springs. then take the rest and do all your bushings (shifter, steering rack, ect), sway bars, and some SS brake lines if you haven't already. coilovers are good but you shouldn't jump right into em if your not really gonna use em. if you really do wnt coilovers in that range megan or BC are good options and about $1k shipped. Well Ryan (Vakamon Ryan) said that once I got spacers, my rims might touch my fenders so I might have to roll them

dont roll your fenders have em cut that way you dont have build up over a long period of time between the rolled lip and fender trust me after bodyworking dozens of vws with rolled front fenders (before people decided that a norrowed beam is alot more effective!!) all rolling your fenders does is set you up for problems later on down the road.......if you plan on keeping your ride cut em and smooth em out youll thank yourself in the end!!

Thanks for the good advice, Warren! But at this point, I'm lacking the funds to even get my fenders cut

I love my BC's and they were 1k shipped. BC doesnt rebuild they will replace the shocks at like 90 bucks a side or something rediculous cheap tho. if you get a soft spring rate the car will still be fun as a daily driver and still be great at the track. however thats alot of money to spend on something if you dont race and your car is still gonna look the same. its all totally up to you tho. gl!

I dont think im gonna be auto-xing too soon. I have had my KYBs for like 4 years now so maybe they are just shot. I have SS brake lines but I have been thinking of shifters and bushings and such. Any of you GC guys have all your bushings replaced and know about how much it cost for the stuff?
