Skills don't mean **** if you don't know the place to use them.

It's a moot point, If you want to race on the street then do so.
And when they scape you up to put you in a wood box, I hope people remember you for all your "uber l33t skillz". Hopefuly, you don't take out a van of children when you do it.

If you don't see why street racing is dumb then I'm not going to try to prove that I'm somehow right. I'll just mark it off as self destructive natural selection.

I know, I know, I know...I've already been in numerous convos with people about street racing, (even been banned once or twice about it).

I just like to go against the grain. I like the rush, I know the consequences, I am stupid, etc.

see around my area, we race 10 and 11 second cars on back roads that have about 2 miles of fields on either side of them, no phone polls, etc.

Might as well be a track. (=

I'm down to go back and forth, but I understand your point. I know I won't change your mind, and you won't change mine.

You want to see some of the videos we take, you can clearly see it's two people lined up on a single road, with nobody around them for about 10 miles, cept us. Everyone knows the risk, just like there's risk to driving your car or walking into a bank...

again, I'm not saying that there isn't risk, because there is...

but we are in cars that are stripped, roll caged, single seated, and some even do it with their helmets on.

Right, till some lost old lady is comming home after getting milk.

oh, my Grandfather

***, JAMES ALEXANDER
78, Spartanburg, h/o Dorothy E. ***, 2–3–93 B4

My grandmother was in a nursing home, she liked hamburgers from a local chain is Spartanburg, SC so every friday evening my grandfather would go and pick some up so they could have dinner together. He was hit by a 15yr old kid who was belived to be street racing in a car he took from his fathers car lot. My grandfather died at the scene. The kid went to juvie and his family had to pay out their *** for it, since the car was from the dads lot. They lost the dealership AFAIK.

Yes everyone knows the risk that does it, but what about those who your bring risk to that don't know it. You will ALWAYS be endagering more that just yourself, you just choose to ignore it.

I'm bringing all this up in the hope that ANYONE might think for a second the next time a 16yr old kid in a honda revs you out at a light. Not to change the thoughts of those that get a cheap rush out of being idiots.

and see, that kind I'm definately against.

We race on roads that are about 20 minutes from civilization. The only people on those roads are people who are there for a reason. We have gone 6 hours without seeing one sign of another car out there...

i think that's why the cops normally leave us alone...

Bull****. You know it, I know it.

If you are, then why are you on some ghetto street? If you take that much time for safety equipment why do it?

This is like using a filter to smoke weed.

here's one. No bull****.

We're on a ghetto street, because we run damn near every weekend, and the nearest track is 3 hours away...
