A handfull have done it in the mainland, namely Joe White. There are people there in the mid 13's with just a boost controller. Who knows maybe Steven can be the 1st one to hit 12's on stock turbo here?
What's weird is the stg 2 guys seem slow, but the stg 4 guys don't seem that far off. 12.6 in a WRX is fast anywhere.
