ripping me off
ripping me off
Well for spring break im planning on taking me and my gf to turtle bay and the cost of the rooms for 1 night is $306 which includes a breakfast buffet. were staying for 2 nights so thats like $600 just for the room and breakfast. so i figure ontop of that theres dinner, lunch, and activites so im gonna be spending $800. But i saw the vegas post and a trip to vegas that includes hotel, food, tickets is like $600 for 2. Damn im getting ripped off. BTW we would go to vegas but neither of us are 21 yet. Anyone know of any better deals for hotels on that side of the island?

try the condos at turtle bay-
there is a agency i used for the condos... its cheaper than the hotel, and its much more private and its fully furnished with full kitchen and washer/dryer. (i paid around 55 dollars a night- that was in july)
btw, you are getting kamaina rates right? there is a slight increase in rates this month because of the recent rise in tourism (was in news last night)

pagoda hotel. 68 bucks a night.. comes with bathroom, shower, and 1 room. oh, tv also.
good to just get away from it all. even though its a cheapy hotel, you can pull off some things..
have romantic candle light dinner. (you gotta cook it of course)
make sure to buy wine or champagne
body oil so you can rub her down and give massage at the same time..
bring dvd player with movie "sweet november"
and lastly, you can walk around naked...

ps next time time tell them you have a triple a membership and ask for the rate, I don't think they ask to see your card, if they do tell them the airline lost your luggage.

Or you could fly over to kauaii and stay at the hyatt if you wanna shell out the dough, I can safely say that that's the nicest place I've evar stayed at, you don't even need to leave the hotel.
