Depends a lot on your goal or what you want to be honest.
Ask yourself a few questions:
Downpipe: Loud/Quiet? Catted/Non-Catted? Brands? There's tons. I myself, use an Invidia non-catted, non-divorced.
Uppipe: EWG or normal? Depends on plans for turbo and if you have enough to warrant a wastegate. Or... just get it now in case you do. Coated, wrapped, with wastegate, roughly 500-700 brand new.
Regular uppipe will run you about 150+. Brands... *shrug* Grimmspeed makes some nice ones with options for wastegates and coating. Ultimate racing makes EWG flanged uppipes that are cheaper, dunno about the quality tho.
Ceramic Coating
Exhaust Wrapping.
Headers I have no idea, someone else can chime in on that one. Not quite there myself just yet.
As for where to get it from... I'm sure people will chime in. I picked stuff up from JNAPerformance.com , Justin there is awesome to deal with and hooked me up with way more than I would of got from anywhere else.
Also Matt at GrimmSpeed is good to work with and talk to about what setup your going for.

I'm sure you've been to this site before, it'll answer almost any questions you'll ever have, I'm sure I'm not the only one that tweaks out on researching parts and anything else to do with a suby
should try it

Gruppe-s v1 headers are good if you want to stay uel, I'd go with tomei el headers if you wanted to go that route. Cobb catted dp is a winner, for uppipes, whatever, it's just a piece of pipe, need to choose if you are staying Iwg or going ewg though. Either way, my recommendation would be GrimmSpeed. DEI Titanium wrap on everything, secure with worm clamps, win.
My reccomendations would be a blouch 16gxt I don't think you'll like the lag from the 20g. A lot of ppl say p&p is all you need unless you go big power . Bought the car with box headers been holding up so far will sell you that and an uppipe for dirt cheap if you want
