we had a customer who was sued b/c of a $500 fender bender.... the lady complained about her neck when he rear ended her. she won 6k bucks!! he showed us a pic of her car and it was 2 paint scratch's on her bumper and his car was fine. this happened in town about 2 years ago. now his insurance is sky high b/c of being sued.
