Re-Flash?
Re-Flash?
Okay, So I had to buy a new battery yesterday and now noticed the car runns a bit differently. I have a AP v.1. Do I need to re-flash car? Did the carr go back to "stock" mode? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

if you are on the base map you should not have to reflash. however because you lost power to the ecu, everything your car learned will have to relearn before it will be the same. there is an acclerated learning process, try doing a search its here somewhere.
now if you were using a real time map then by all means re-flash that.

The flashed basemap is still there, but if you loaded a real time map over that, that will no longer be present. Also not present is the "learning" the ECU has done. Give it a couple hundred miles to relearn. Are the terminals connected tightly on the battery? That could potentially cause issues I suppose...
whats up allen, i cant quite remember if the base map was the stg2 93 oct. i would suggest reloading that as the base map and then teach the hell outta that ecu. good luck.
and oh yeah, hows my former baby
treating you?
