The goo seems possible...if there's a concentration of goo in one certain spot, it can throw the balance of at certain speeds imo

That green goo stuff is for emergencies, it is meant to patch a leak only long enough for you to get to a proper repair facility. To plug a tire is like $20, to do it properly from the backside is $30. Why take shortcuts?

Cause I'm poor and can barely afford the Internet paying for this post reply.

I wouldn't doubt it's anything above. I pray it's not a wheel bearing or ps pump and I can handle FINDing time to clean and patch her up. Seeing as I just replace a cv boot I bet a damaged a wheel bearing

the wheel goo sounds like more of the cause, especially if it just kicks in at speed vs 'ramps up' as you speed up.

patching with a rubber plug is <10$ at walmart and that kit comes with various plugs...
