Question for the tech-heads

How do I get all the crap i recorded on my DVR onto my computer?? I have a bunch of F1 races and F1 decade shows that i want to burn to DVD.

Any takers??

i have an ocianic cable dvr it has audio/video plugs in the back if your video card has audio/video inputs you set put it on your hard drive and then to you dvd burner i think im no geek or anything

if your card doesn't have the inputs then you can either buy one that does and put it in, or buy a video capture device that runs from the rca's (yellow, red, and white) to the usb port, either way will work. let me know if you buy a card and need help installing it. L8R

I have an Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8000 it has a usb port on the front and I was just hoping there was a way to access the DVR hdd via that.
