you go drinkie pahty drivie yo cah. den you go back to makin rice. and gimme yo cah. lol. where have you been? gettin this guy a safety mebbe

and as for cops waitin on the side of the road in traffic.......... i stick to my notion of them doin anything that isnt actually dangerous and rather pull people over for makin their car look good as opposed to catching a speeding/weaving/reckless kia sportage, chevy aveo, saturn sL, or other stock car thats invisible to them.. bah.

i heard theres a new task force thats searching for cars that have safety checks, but the car is modded and they're taking away the stickers. theres 2 cops with modded cars (lifted truck and a dropped honda) that drive around to all the safety check stations and see if the shop will pass them or not. if you have friends that own shops tell them to watch out.

i guess REAL crime isnt that important anymore....

Getting my safety check for my registration took a whole of 15 minutes, they did it while I waited.

Getting RECON so I could get my safety check took 1.5 months, 3 trips, and over 8 phone calls.

Me thinks the best way to avoid undesirable (aka Cops) attention is to do all your mods out of sight.. if at all possible.. Works for me!

we should all buy 4runners with the racks on them and tail people to make them think we're cops...hahaha

i hate the new "stealth" lights the cops are running now...i even seen a blue explorer with no light on the top but had lights hidden behind the front grill in ewa tagging guys for anything and everything.

damn that sucks.. cops are getting extremely sneaky

actually funny story

A friend of mine was on his way down to waikiki and he got his new mustang.. so he was totally rock'n out and sees another mustang, he shoots past it hoping to ensue a chase and gets nothing.. he slows down and starts pacing him going about 70-75.. then suddenly a biker cop comes out of no where and flashes him to pull over..

turns out the mustang was an off duty cop and called it in...

talk about bad luck.. lol

There are RUMORS that they will soon be passing an exhaust noise control law.
Rather than a decibel meter it will be done subjectively by the cop. If I see anything printed about this I will post it up.

BTW this law has been in the works for at least the past year.
