So things looking good. Replaced that o-ring at the top and got some fuel hose to supplement the power steering line until I get one in the mail, from oreilly and its working good...........currently

Ok so for those that were following. With all the crap I had thought was the real problem it really came down to this o-ring. I assume everytime I thought power steering was fixed due to the clamps was because I wiggled this back into place for it to only wiggle itself out. So $0.49(aside from the $80 on new hoses and $20 on new fluid) later it's been working great
