Powder coat with polished lip?

I did a little bit of searching, but didn't find the answer. I seen 2 local shops that it seems most guys use.....Hi-Tech and Mekala. But does anybody know if they can Powder coat just the face of the rim, and keep the lip polished? All the wheels I've seen have had the entire wheel powder coated. Anybody seen this done before?

Thanks for the response. I'm not trying to make the lip look chrome though. The wheel already has a polished lip and painted face. I just want the painted portion a different color. Thanks for the reply though.

well if thats the case they can definatley keep the lip pollished what theyll do probably is tape off the lip and magnetize the rest of the rim put on the powder and bake it so i cant see why that couldnt be done....my friend says that they charge around 60 bucks a rim good luck
