please help need 3" flange

need to make a 3" flange adapter for my Borla hush to mate with titek downpipe. No one on this island seem to carry the 3" flange. Tried ESH, Napa, Ron's, etc. Can anyone help me?

you probably need to get one fabricated. you might also want to check mpj performance. they sometimes sell the flange.
