I don't know the exact address of Pink Cadillac, but I know where it is. Here's a couple of area maps that can help you out.
Pink Cadillac is in the red circle area, there is not much parking there. You'll have to find street parking if you are driving.

They have since changed the name it is not called the Pink Cadilac anymore, or at least not on their sign. It is by the Jack in the box at the end of the Wikiki side of Alamoana BLVD.
