Which company you gonna be working at? Did you get your real estates license yet?
Hey, good luck with the real estate. I was thinking of trying to get into that too. I'm looking for a class that goes on nights and weekends right now. Hit me up. laters

How's the mortgage industry in general right now? Still going like gangbusters or cooling down a bit?

jared can probably give you a better answer... but mortgage business is just a tip of the iceberg for me... anyone involved with the housing business in general knows that its always an investment... no matter how the market is.
how the market is determines what to do with the property- i'm just glad to finally be in this business- my dad was vice president of 1st hawaiian bank for 15 years... and i never had faith in the lending business... but it's definitely a great source of income!
