Is the noise like a 'thunk'?

Check the nut on the top of the coilover, where it holds the the coil over to the pillow ball mount. It might have worked itself loose. I had this problem early on, I just tightened it down and everything has been good ever since then.

Hope you clear that noise up.

You may have unseated a spring?????????
