i seen pics but i wanna see it in person. i hardly go to the meets because im too shy to meet new people so i stay in my bat cave the whole time.

 

No need to be shy man. We arent stuck up ppl....well, some of us may be, but the majority arent. Usually, if you just roll into a meet, or just a group that is hanging out in a parking lot, most of the time they will come up to you if you have a decent or clean car. As long as your car is clean and/or tastefully modded, not all fast and furious ricer, we will usually approach you and say "hey!" Just try to keep an open mind as we tend to joke and pick on each other about this and that, but it isnt personal, just crackin on each other in good spirit. So, next time you are out and about, just roll up, if you arent welcome, you will know. I use to be the same way as you are, and i soon learned that is was just about an enthusiasm for cars, no matter the make. I use to be a honda guy myself, now that is a scene where the kids are, and the guys who are 25-29 and still act like they are in high school. Im not saying all of them are like that, but, alot of honda/acura/nissan ppl are. I dont know what it is about them, I guess its the relatively affordable cars for the younger generation that encircles all the younger ppl into one scene. I had close to 20k invested in my honda, so I really dont consider myself a part of them anymore. But, i am planning a toda vtec killer b20 del sol build in the future.

Hey everyone, Im back on here after a long void. I am the same as "wrsexy" I had to create a new account cuz my other email got hijacked. Anyways, I will be arriving this wednesday in Honolulu. My car will be there in a month or so. I'd like to get out and meet some ppl, possibly some ladies too. I hear that there are meets at starbucks.....

The first thing you should do when you get here is get a fancy thing callled RECON! it is super critical. i drive through waikiki and town or where ever i want. and my car is slammed! i.e. going super sideways over stuff and have a loud exhaust. get the sticker and no one bothers you anymore

U know if the cop decides to, he can revoke ur recon for lowering ur car after the fact that u got ur recon sticker right. Not to be a Dick but jus letting u know, jus cuz u got recon doesn't mean u won't get pulled over.
