so if your car is stock everything minus exhaust and intake you should be ok from what i gather? man this makes me miss miami.. no emissions, no safety, they dont even look at your car and you get registered.

hawaii is the only state besides CA that does this minus the emissions test. Ill just move back to the mainland if this recon and safety gets out of hand. its not worth the hassle.
