Minimum Speed 40MPH!!!!

So I drove up to Atlanta yesterday and I pass a legit speed limit sign that said Minimum Speed 40MPH. I couldn't believe my freakin i eyes and the crazy part is this went on for almost 20 miles before i finally saw a maximum speed limit of 70MPH. Hmm so i wonder would it have been ok to do a buck twenty for those 20 miles or so? If so gotta love georgia DAMN IT WHERE'S MY SUBY WHEN I NEED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah what ever highway you take through ATL is awesome. i cant remember what it is called off the top of my head but i've driven through there a couple times.
