Boom, you make me feel like such a Chinese cuisine noob! I need to try Ming's since it was your #1... I go to Empress ( owner lives next door to my gf ) , and Panda Cuisine at least once a month with my girlfriend and her family, and Mei Sum for carry out dim sum when I'm in a hurry leaving work or school.
My biggest suggestion for enjoying any Chinese place, don't be afraid to eat stuff. I stayed away from chicken feet for months because... well they're chicken feet. But you know what? CHICKEN FEET ARE FREAKIN DELICIOUS! Just eat it, they wouldn't make it if it didn't taste good!
