Really? Anywhere that isn't Panda Express. In Kaneohe Kin Wah is where I've been going my whole life. The chinese place in kapolei down by home depot is good. Anywhere in china town...Everywhere there are good places.

Mainland Chinese food is a lot different that the kind here which is a lot more salty and saucy. I'm not sure if you'll find a place like what you are used to.

Almost everywhere is the same. Any type of chop suey is what you're looking for.

However, those aren't even close to real Chinese food.

Real Chinese food, Hawaii Chinese food, and Mainland Chinese food, might as well be different cuisines. A lot of the same basic dishes but the sauces and flavors change as well as the vegetables served with them I've noticed.

As Cantonese "Dai Pai Dong" as you can get. Take it from me, a Chinese guy.

Also, Lee Ho **** in Chinatown is good too.

Kapolei Chinese in the small lot right by Burger King. We've been going there for years. Kin Wah was one of my faves when I was living in Kaneohe.

I like wah kung in mapunapuna next to ranch 99. I also like little village in chinatown on smith street. Also besides "happy days" their is also "nice day" in liliha which is the same owners and tastes pretty much the same.
