Car Info: 2008 Legacy 3.0R 3L H-6 RIP :( Hello 09 FXT!
yeah, but i'm hearing some huge pwer #'s from built h6's. go check out pdx tuning projects. they are building 6 blocks and have already produced 400+ hp and 400+ft/lbs of tq!! these units are all custom at this time, but are VERY affordable. They just have not tested reliability. only time will tell on that one.

True. Perrin already has a T-charged H6 from a Tribeca stuffed into an STi. I want to feel THAT torque!
Come to think of it, if Subaru wanted to seriously build a REALLY fast car, they'd build an H6 for boost and stuff that into a chassis developed for racing. Imagine a new Subie coupe....kinda like the GC coupe or SVX (but lighter) with a boosted H6, 6spd, AWD, etc.
btw, your location is hilarious, Sue Ann!

BUMP update for legacy owners
ok so i worked out a deal over the phone with a dealership outside of one of the dealers that my bank does dealer loans with, but i got quoted a VERY good prive, so i went down with cash in hand to test drive and buy the car, and then he came back with a figure that was almost $4k over the price. Ok if that was his price, then he was wasting both of our time calling me down there. i know how it works, but i am in loans and he was the GM. he told me that he qouted me a price on a different car, and that he was sorry. there was no way that he could'nt know which car i was talking about, he confirmed everything i said. we simply don't DO this to each other in business, then again, we don't get business from this dealership in the first place.
