just installed the short shifter...

well i've just installed the short shifter i won on the cruise...and the funny thing is it feels long again...LoL.....hahaha...i was thinking to myself...."hmm, i remember hearing something about the 04's comming with short shifters"....

ahh crap...back to a long shifter again......LoL...but eh...its new...LoL...hahahahahahahah...

Were you running a different short shifter?

I guess the subaru one may be longer than sya the kartboy or something to that effect.

I'm interested to see how the guy that won the DC Sports shifter fared.

well i was running the COBB double adjustable shifter...that was good...but the threading got muffed up...

I installed the DC short shifter the day I got it lol. I am surprised but it's actually pretty good. Very notchy, and it reduced the throws (from gate to gate) by a good 1-2 inches. Only one complaint is that it is sometimes hard to find 3rd. Oh well just gotta get used to it.
