Those are RWD offset cheap steelies that you'd put on a beater 4x4 - way incorrect for the car, or any FWD/AWD application.

They're actually custom made steel wheels there's some place in the US(stockton wheels maybe) that can custom make steelies like that for you. I believe those are like 17x9s up front and 17x10s out back..
