Those are RWD offset cheap steelies that you'd put on a beater 4x4 - way incorrect for the car, or any FWD/AWD application.
Way wrong....beyond ricer, someone stole the wheels off of Bubba's Ford Ranger...

nope, They're actually custom made steel wheels there's some place in the US(stockton wheels maybe) that can custom make steelies like that for you. I believe those are like 17x9s up front and 17x10s out back..
