I Welcome Myself to the WRX Family
Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jason and I just purchased a World Rally Blue 2004 Subaru WRX STi from Five Star in Aiea on Tuesday one day after satisfying my wife with a 2003 Black Jeep Liberty Renagade. I just met Francis and Jason from Infinity today. Francis told me about this forum and about the IClub here in Hawaii. I'm interested in hanging out and learning more about mods and making some new friends. Feel free to drop me a line anytime. I hope to be a regular over at the track on Friday/Sat nights. I may try and get over tonight, 5 Sept, but depends if company wants to tag along. Right now I don't have anything else but stock in the car right now but looking to the future on what to do with it. First things first is that a security system and stereo must be installed. If anyone has any suggestion, let me know. Well, I hope to meet you all in the near future at the track. Take care and will be talking to ya soon.

Dude, you gotta love that car! I drove my friends one and damn it's got power. Now that you have a real machine you should come down to the SCCA SOLO II track to make some good use of it. My only suggestion on the STI, once all the basic needs are done (alarm, tint etc..) is to work on the suspension. True it is an STI tuned suspension, but it definitely can be improved. Hell w/ the power, it has more than enough to keep you smiling as you slide all 4 wheels through a turn.

PM'd ya back again, ... it was kinda late though.
I think there'll be at least a few at the track tonight (Saturday), but it's Pro Import (so no open racing).
Or next Sunday is the next big install day, and Of Course the next autoX is on the 21st!
