Ok so Last week I pulled up at work and as I was about to get out of my car, a Lady decided she "also" wanted to parallel park in the SAME PARKING SPOT as me. I honked but she aint pay attention. this was the OUTCOME of that.





After Cops came and found out she didn't have Safety, Insurance, Driver's License and Registration being expired, she went to jail.

.....

Called Brandon @ Oka's Auto Body and after $500 Deductible "I HAD TO PAY" my baby is back to being as pretty as always.







Brandon this is not "just" for you but OMG I've never had such an AWESOME treatment by local shops here on Island. The whole team @ Oka's were SOoOoOo professional and attentive with me as their customer. I honestly was IMPRESSED. Brandon and Brian THANKS SO MUCH for going above and beyond to keep me informed of the status and for taking the time to be attentive to me and listen to me while I ranted about the lady. AWESOME TEAM.

yup awesome guys @ Oka's Auto Body, and yah now i have to file a Civil Law Suit against her for my $500.

 

i think you can sue for more..... and have then pay the full bill since it will make your insurance go up!

 

its no fault so my insurance wont go up

I can imagine the "had to pay" part was the best part of all if you get my drift.

I wish I had someone like Brandon and his family to fix my car when it got hit-n-run'ed on. Still haven't fixed the fender.

I wish you the best of luck collecting. Pretty sure she doesnt have a job if she cant pay the necessities. Even if you win in court, you will have to track and get her to pay you,..happened to my cuzn as the person avoided paying him.

+1 for me too. I know I mentioned to a few members, but my GS got hit right in front of the shop too almost a month ago. Same scenario, but a little worse. The guy swerved to miss a motorcycle coming out of a drive way, countered, and his right front wheel hit my left rear wheel. He barely scuffed my rear bumper and quarter panel, but he destroyed my left rear wheel/tire and pretty much every left rear suspension component. The guy didn't have insurance, he didn't have a license, and it wasn't his car. FML! In any case, needless to say, I've got a few things planned for the Lex. New wheels.......ah c'mon, you know me already (In the procsess of getting my AME rebarreled, but couldn't wait, so bought a set of Work VS-XX's). Adjustable lower control arms, adjustable toe arms, new front lip, window visors, new roof spoiler, pulled front fenders, and a new paint job. Sucks though because probably won't be able to drive the Lex for at least another month (Damn, and already been almost a month since the accident). Waiting on some of the custom parts, and pretty sure my car is last on the list to be worked on at the shop too. I guess I can try and be patient.
