check out Kalihi Valley Road going up north, they actually repaved the road of all those craters
the craters were so smooth during at night for a good distance, when I felt the old road still existed under the new fresh road
Ever square foot is compensated heavily with vast amounts of tar
I like the idea better than just patching holes
