k made the leak checker.... i found 2 leaks.. by the T hose.. i replaced the hose for skinner kind so they can fit tighter.. then still had leak.. so i went back store buy bigger T parts... i had replace 2 of them... started up car.. and didnt feel any leaks anymore.. the prob was.. when i used the leak tester.. i pumped like 10psi in my car.. there was still air comming out by the T.. not as bad as before though.. but when my car is started the leaks go away.. i still gotta test drive my car now.. hopefully ill be seeing 11-12psi on my boost gauge.. then i can hook up my stage 2 again

have you tried tightening your wastegate actuator to see if that helps?

take off the boost controller and make sure you put the stock restrictor pill back in. take it out and see if it's boosting normal.

take boost controller out. put back on stock boost solenoid (with our without restrictor depending on what you got). double check all your connection to the intercooler...etc. make sure that you're intake filter is clean. verify that no vacuum lines are cut. where are you getting your boost read outs from? what is your normal driving style and are you first owner of the car? If you have the stock intake I would put that back on and make the car as stock as possible (you can leave exhaust components though). definitely if you haven't' already remove the utec or after market engine management system. once you're stock take the car for a drive. if feels normal and no problems add 1 of your mods back on and then go from there. you should come out to the meet and we can look at it then.

lol. sorry missed your location. since your on Kauai you might want to find another i-club member "sneezerboi". I believe he organizes a couple of meets on Fridays and he might be able to help you since your on the same island. He is not an expert (neither am I though).

try what I suggested and see if the car runs better. have you changed your spark plugs yet? whats your mileage? did you change out the fuel filter thats in the engine bay?
