Hella Horns pass Safety/Recon?
Hey i-Club,

I was interested in getting me a pair of hella horns for my Subie and was wondering if they will pass safety check and recon? Might be a dumb question, but just want to make sure. Thanks in advance.

Its a horn, a higher pitched horn at that. So i would say you are good to go!

Man I thought California sucked for modding.

If this is a question people feel like they have to ask then Hawaii must be no fun at all...

that would suck if they didn't allow you to upgrade your horn to something more noticable.
