Hella Horns pass Safety/Recon?
Hey i-Club,
I was interested in getting me a pair of hella horns for my Subie and was wondering if they will pass safety check and recon? Might be a dumb question, but just want to make sure. Thanks in advance.

that would suck if they didn't allow you to upgrade your horn to something more noticable.
