I don't know how much longer the Abrams (albeit a flawless weapons platform) will be in the inventory. It's weakness is that deploying a Mech or Armor division takes so much time and therefore they're destiny is for large, protracted wars.

Anyhow, E-town is on my route home to West Indiana (Actually if I were taking 65 via Indy). Maybe you and I can head up to Indy Raceway Park. Or Maybe you could come see me and we head to Road Atlanta. Too cool.

 

Yes, I got Armor. I pinned on my branch last week, and it's cool. No more REMF Intel life for me. Next summer I head ou to Carson. I'm asking for 3rd ACR, but I'm afraid I'm going to get stuck in the old tanks in 7th ID... they're M1A2's, but word has it they are crappy. I want to be a Scout Platoon Leader (the tip of the point of the spear) but so does everyone else in my class. Here's to hoping....
