Gauge not starting....

Okay so today I was installing some hella horns in my car. I used the subimod harness and wired up everything. So I was going to the store after installing my horns and my gauges didnt start up. I turned on my lights and on they went and started working..... So I tried troubleshooting the problem by discount the horns wiring, but that didnt solve anything. Im going to check the wiring on the gauge side to see if its something there. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears. Thank you

Have you checked the fuse box? If all intact, might wanna bust out the the multi meter.
