i figure 1500 tops, but that that rate, i'd be looking for a 2br, with lanai, w/d in unit, carport or garage and an overall nice place... but that combo is pretty rare, and it'd have to be w/in 15mins of bishop/king where my main office is...

 

Srry if this be a small jack but just a heads up to others. If your living in military housing ran by Forest City then heads up. When you move out and your carpet has 1 stain, dont bother cleaning it. I had a wallet size red stain on a 230 sqft area of carpet and now have to shell out 595$ to replace that ****! So if your in this situation might as well check "Taking an **** on carpet" off your bucket list
