Finding Apartment Near HPU

Hello everyone !! I am going to hawaii tomorrow to find an appartment for my sister in law. Her parents want me to find an appartment that is very close to HPU so that she can walk to school. Do you guys have any resource or a good recomendation ? Her budget is around $1k/Month. All that matter to hear is clean room and good security. Well; I appreciate any help you guys can give.
