I'd love to pick up hiking again, but I'm afraid I'll hold you all up. Now that Ill be working less though maybe I'll start training again. I used to run Mariners Ridge as far as I could going up. I'd like to start that again.

that's the spirit Ian! but running, biking and hiking complement each other, so doing all three would be the ultimate cardio regime! u do alot of biking so you should be ok with this adventure hike. i am looking at the 3rd weekend of september. dates will be finalized soon.

joey, let's do this! i know you will love this hike. no worries about holding anyone. we are doing this for fun, and nothing competitive. but if you guys decide on racing me uphill, then i'm down too....lol.
