House Bill 994 (the bill that will let a new track be built) is scheduled to be heard in the Senate Ways and Means Committee (date still pending). I sent an e-mail to the Senator from my area who voted yes for the companion bill and asked that he please vote in favor of this bill as well. If anyone here lives in the areas listed above, PLEASE send a letter to your senator urging the same. This is the last committee the bill must pass through, so lets put out a gung-ho effort to GITERDONE!

Actually...send it to the one that voted NAY...and tell him how you feel...that he should have voted yes, and that you're disappointed in his decision. That's exactly what we need here...to clear the opposition.
