Making or fine tuning an ECUTEK map should be no different than with the UTEC. As a matter of fact I have given quite a bit of thought towards switching from UTEC to ECUTEK.
All of your tuning would be through the Delta Dash which is nice because you can easily monitor all of your sensors' outputs. With the UTEC, I think that it is very beneficial to use the Delta Dash as a standalone in order to fine tune your short term/long term fuel trims; only it's a bit of a pain to switch between programs. It's also nice to have the DD as a standalone along with the UTEC in order to have dual ability to monitor IDC.
With the ECUTEK, everything is right there. No switching. The only thing I'm not certain about is integration of the TUNA (wb02 monitor) into the ECUTEK. That's a big plus for the UTEC.
