you can also go on romraider.com and there tons of Roms (flashes) that may fit your needs. For example if you have a stage 2 setup there a lot of stage 2 roms. I do however suggest you do your homework and understand what you are doing to include make sure the rom you will be trying is made from someone that is reputable.
another option is you can look into email tuning thru various shops in the mainland. again check out my open source thread all the info is there on how to flash, log, and measure.

you gotta pay to play. if its to expensive to mod then dont mod at all...... when you break stuff you aint gonna be able to fix it!
and you should let some tuner tune it. just make sure you do your home work and not let any random joe off the street tune your car. PDX does email tunes as well as AMS if not find a used cobb AP and get a OTS tune. but if your gonna do it yourself good luck!
