Dude I am so tore up

It is a common, age old custom for the young Sergeant Squad Leader to smoke (do excessive amounts of physical training) the OLD MAN (me) whenever the OLD MAN joins the young Sergeant and his squad.

We did crunches, obliques, rockies, leg throws (aka punching bags), bicycles, mule-kicks.... And I don't know how widely held this is, but half of those exercises are not actually abdominal workouts so much as they are hip flexor workouts. That long smooth muscle across where your carotid artery is which is the one you rely on to move the weight of your legs; walking, running, doing lunges... Then we did sprints. Ughh. 1 hour and 15 min of pure humiliation.

Now I can't move, I can't think straight. Someone call the orderly. I need my meds.

Gotta get back in shape somehow.

And the worst part is...I knew that yesterday was going to be nothing compared to today. I can't even hide the fact that I'm walking all funny & stuff. The dudes in the company are all gonna be chuckling to themselves.

Oh, well. Maybe if I take about 5 ibu's (we call them Ranger candy) I could at least walk right.

Oh yeah. It seemed like everyone was thanking everyone last night. I figured I was falling behind, so I took care of everyone in one fell swoop. I's jus bein a dork.

ok.. any other bio nerds get confused w/ the carotid artery part?... the one by the NECK.

damn, pat.. made me bust out my dusty *** anatomy book.. becuz i was confused

try poppin some branch-chain-amino-acids (supplements) for the pain... or some OJ (vitamin C)... and alotta fluids. crap, i dont kno.. i'm jus guessing.. i'm waay outta shape, too.

What I meant to say was femoral. I'm a tool.

I take 1500mg of time release C as well as Ultra Mega everyday. When you're an old decrepit POS, there's only so much you can do.

I can't drop any acid. We get pissed.......j/k. I'll have to check out the GNC. I'll probably have to order online, because I doubt I'll be able to walk from my car to the store.

BCAAs are jus basic amino's..(leucine, iso-leucine, & valine).. u pretty much get them from meats.. they're not illegal.. jus help w/ recovery. if u can move... check out designer body in mililani (by fastop) & compare w/ GNC..
