See if you can test drive it and look/listen/feel for any problems. Esp since the drivetrain was rebuilt.

FYI: I have RA gears and there great but they also break. I had mines cyro treated also but still worried that they will snap. there rated to about 300-350. just saying dont think that there bulletproof

Guys even break PPG gears.
Shaggy already stated about RA Gears are rated for 350hp.
