Red face Car Alarm Ban?

Has anyone watched the news lately? i have and the lawmakers are thinking of banning car alarms. i think car alarms just need to be less sensitive. ive never had one so i dont know how that kill start thing works but it sounds like it does. id rather have someone steal the stuff in my car than the whole thing. but that just my opinion. i do agree with the noise factor. the alarms can be damn annoying. i hate when the alarm will go off at every little thing.

i dont think banning the alarms is a good idea. i think they should do some kind of sensitivity regulation or something. but i know that would be hard.

they just have nothing better to do. theyd rather spend time sitting on their butts and wasting our money rather than putting the taxes we pay to good use like for education and road improvements.

This is what I want to tell some of our lawmakers: George Washington called and he said your ruining all of our lives and eating all of our steaks. He wants you to leave! You could substitute that with King Kam or whatever for Hawaii.

If anything they should make alarms less sensitive, that way, when one goes off people will actually look because they know its not a false alarm. Now, when most people hear an alarm, it doesn't even phase them.

My alarm has never once gone off from loud noises or things like that. It has gone off when I pounded on the windows to test it and when I have opened doors with the alarm armed. Alarms are not too sensitive they are just cheap crappy alarms that people buy. Good alarms don't go off every 5 seconds from exhausts.

To many people over do with the alarm sensitivity... but Gov will never ban alarm security for car.
