I'm not 100 % sure but the compressor spin and blow air and sound fine. It use to work then it stopped I put some refrigerant and it worked fine for a week after that it just blow hot air and I try to add more refrigerant but now it doesn't work the compressor still turn on and the blower works but no cold air. I friend of mine that work with ac told me he is sure is the evaporator.

if you add too much freon....it will blow warm...if you add too little it will blow warm...
you need to hook up a/c gauges

you probably overcharged it, and you probably have a slow leak somewhere. you'd need to have it diagnosed hook up some gauges and search for that leak. my guess is its overcharged or lack of oil in the system. either way its bad and will take a toll on the compressor and or whole system. i'd get that done before you go and change the evap, it doesnt sound like an evap problem but with so little info its hard to be 100% sure.

when you say the compressor turns on, does it cycle? (turn on then shut off, turn on the shut off) if you do check that make sure you have the blower speed on high and temp all the way down (cold position) if the compressor cycles slow then its undercharged, if it cycles fast, its over charged.
and last but not least feel the low side line at the fire wall, if its not cold or sweating, then its either overcharged or undercharged. but more likely over charged.
