Not a member there. Guess I will just look for a-pillar somewhere. Someone on here knew what those were before, but I cant find the post. Some sort of stick-on deal that sorta was lodged in the a-pillar. I love the look. Oh well.

Yeah, I want to know the mounts tho they stick to the window somehow. I ordered a Defi 3-gauge and will order boost, egt, and oil pressure. Problem is I want PSI for boost and cant find any in 60mm that look decent...

I think they come with suction cups. I could be wrong though.

They are suction cups with a ball cup. A little ball and rod pops into the ball cup and you mount the guages to that. They have them in speed gear for $18. (Kinda expensive for a suction cup). I used them to mount my SBC-id and powermeter as well as my boost guage. Watch out for the DC guages though, I had my boost guage for about two months and it's going haywire already... Plus Blitz doesn't offer a EGT DC series guage.

Although I like Farid as a resource for some products and his personality is top notch when talking about other things. Speedgear is not the definitive place to get everything... Some things are just too much even with the 10% i-club discount.

I've found though if your faithful to one shop over time, they reward you with better pricing and great service. That is what I've been going through with one place now since '96.

Well, I was asking about all sorts of mounting options and whoever I was talking to really didnt seem to be that interested in helping me with all my questions so I sorta gave up and walked out. Not really what I expected. Maybe I need to go down with someone who has shopped there a lot so they know I am serious. I mean Im ordering up tons of stuff and would like to be able to support local stores, but not if they arent really interested in helping me. Oh well... I ordered the Defi 60mm 3-gauge pod and will check it out.

You guys were right, shipping SUCKS here. Damn...

Dave

P.S. Oh and so everyone knows we almost lost a dear member of our family (BoOm) yesterday in Ala Moana. =)

Yeah noticed that about the EGT, now Im back to square one. I want something decent looking, but havent found the right combination yet of PSI Boost, EGT and Oil Pressure in 60mm. Ugh. Putting on hold until I get more patience to look more...

oh yeah .....

... and if you want an Autometer 3 gauge a-pillar pod, you can order it from Ron's, which is off of Nimitz down by the airport.
You can dremel the 52mm holes to fit 60mm gauges if you really wanted to.

Check them out Dave. I have been looking around for gauges and the Defi BF series are nice. Anyone here running the BF series?
