Blitz DC gauges and mounts...

What are these gauges and mounts again?

What gauges do you need anyways? Are the others aside from boost useful?

Boost and EGT are the the usual suspects.

Sorry, I can't help you with the Blitz gauges, but I thought you may be interested in this gauge pod.

Wierd, So in the air vent? Hah. I like the pillar mounts tho, but I think the import tuner is a bit on the expensive side, but I want to check it out.

boost, egt, oil pressure, fuel pressure, ..... oil & water temps, ... air/fuel - even though most air/fuel gauges aren't very accurate for tunning.

speedgear has the blitz gauges - more expensive than if you ordered them though

SpeedGear had a nice 2 gauge pillar mount, but so small nothing Blitz would fit into it. I was thinking mainly boost and if I had to fill a 2 or 3 mount I would get egt and maybe oil pressure.

Anyone know of a nice 2-3 pillar mount at all? Something that would fit either the 52 or 60 Blitz gauges?

Yeah they are expensive! Ouch. Didnt see much there at all really and didn get a whole lot of information. Sorta felt like I was asking the wrong questions or they werent interested in looking stuff up. Oh well. Probably thought I was some stupid haole just asking questions.

Boost and EGT are a requirement... It's the gauges after that that are hard to decide on. I went with oil pressure, but if I could do it over again, I would also have oil temp, water temp, and fuel pressure as well. So that would mean some $1800 in gauges alone

But as for a A-pillar pod you could get a lo-tek pod in either 2 or 3 pod model and either 52mm or 60mm versions too.

autometer has a 2 or 3 A-pillar gauge pod, 52mm (2 1/16") holes, but can be carefully dremelled to fit 60mm gauges also. That's what a few guys use (used), with Autometer Gauges

If you're planning on modding your car, the Boost, EGT, and oil pressure are good gauges to start with, ... and dare I say, almost a must.

Lookin for the a-pillar mounts, I like the look. Will probably relocate the radio to the clock and then do something like video in the stock radio slot. Just future plans really, but do need a good 3-gauge 60mm pillar mount... Grr... Been looking all day...
