i am a car stereo/alarm installer here i hawaii, bought a blitz dual timer from the guys at speedgear hawaii, before i made the purchase i told the sales person Mike that this unit is not for me and it is for a customer of mine who i will be performing the installation with intergration on the car alarm. so i ask him to write a separate receipt for my customer which he did. later on that date my customer didn't not show up so i decided to bring the timer back to the store the next day. when i show up over there i talked to Mike and let him know about what happen and he told me that there is no return on electronics, so he told me to call Farid directly to see if he can make a exception. called him but he said he usually don't take back electronics without even let me to explain what happen. i double check on both receipt to see if the no return of electronics is stated and nothing about return policy is on there. Mike didn't mention about the no returns during my purchase too. i can't believe Farid is doing this to me, i am the one who worked on his car alarm on his WRX and can't even do me a favor when i need one. i didn't even open the timer box! i guess i have to call BBB now instead.
so anyone here wants to buy stuff from them make sure 200 percent before you buy because they might not take it back!

duuuuuude 9 out of 10 part stores dont allows returns on electronics sorry

 

last time i checked there was a sign in the store that said no returns on electronics.
