I would just like to tell everyone about my first and only experience with Vivid Racing. I had ordered quite a few things from them a few months back. Sway bars f/r, links f/r, Anti-lift Kit, and a couple of other things. Well anyways, I never recieved the ALK. I was charged for everything and when I asked them for info they kept telling me that they were waiting for the part and would get it out to me. Well, more than a month goes by as they keep telling me this and I keep emailing them asking where my ALK is. THey finally tell me that they will refund my money, but never did and still have not seen any credits on my account. I see that they advertise here that they are quality, but to me, this was not service that I felt I should havde recieved. I work very hard for my money in a company that prides itself in customer service and I feel cheated. Money was basically stolen from me. At this point Vivid Racing no longer responds to my e-mails, since when I try to call, it says to e-mail them for a faster response...HAHA, I think it's because they can choose to ingore those that they want to. All I wanted was my money back, and they have stolen it.

By the way, I told them I was ordering parts for a WRX sedan and they sent me the front links for a wagon (which don't even fit).
