i'll come help you tonight at your house. i was going to go to the meet but you snapping breaker bars isn't good

i think you're bouncing on the bar causing these to snap.

Jon

I am not familiar with Subys but even if you remove the rotor/caliper, the hub may still be an interference.

I say use some heat, penetrating oil, a 6 pt socket, and an impact. You may want to try tightening it a little to see if you can jostle it loose. If it is cross threaded, you still should be able to back it out a little bit. How are you keeping the hub from spinning anyway?

a good IR TI 1/2" pneumatic or hot roded heavy *** mac gun....with pressures in the 130-140psi....cant beat shop air!
and if all else fails...a 3/4" pneumatic....

you actually want the hammering action on the nut...rather than the breaker bar method...especially if its that frozen.

you cold also heat it up if you like...and use a pneumatic air hammer with a chisel....chiseling it in the counter clockwise position of course....
