i have a feeling that when the shop did my wheel bearing the cross threaded the nut and thats why it is breaking my breaker bars!!
damn pfluger!!!

What kind of breaker bar are you using? I can't imagine that you are actually breaking them.
I have a Craftsman/IR (600 ft-lbs) impact if you want to try it. I'm in Mililani too. But your breaker bar should be putting out way more torque than most impact wrenches though.

wow that nut is getting shredded...looks like there's a notch or something that you have to bend out...anyway LMK if you need the impact gun, I also have a Snap On breaker bar, if it bends or breaks the Snap on guy replaces it for free..GL

WD 40 doesn't work for loosening nuts.
Use PB Blaster or Hydrogen Peroxide.
6-point socket FTW...I have no idea why you're using a 12 for that...those small teeth will round off the nut like you're already doing. Use the Craftsman 6 point with the curved wall and like Ty said get a Craftsman 1/2 or 3/4 inch breaker bar. Lesson of the day...don't use 12 point for anything that is on tight or needs to be tight.
You could also try splooge...splooge seems to help a lot of things.
