Hey everyone! New to these boards...just picked up a black 08 sti a couple of days ago from Cutter Ford. Btw...anyone know who drove it prior? The reason I ask is because there's a bunch of cobb accessories so I was wondering if there were any mods/tuning that was done. This is my first time in a suby and wouldn't know just by looking.

I've been reading a lot on this forum for a while now and it seems to me that everyone on i-club/Hawaii's forum is pretty cool so I'm taking iNfEk's advice and posting in the nOObs thread.
I just wanted to say "Hello" because I recently picked up an 08 dgm sti from servco subaru (thanks to Josh/Shaggy and the rest of the subaru's sales team). I'm fairly new to turbos and to these awesome vehicles the wrx's & sti's. My knowledge of flat4 motors has always been aircooled vw since back in the 80s. Well... Times has changed! And as of now, I hit 425mi and can't wait till I pass 2000mi and really have some fun in this baby. Looks like I'm Flat4 for life!
